Thirty five years ago two aspiring musicians began writing music together.  Dana Mayo and  Bob Mete wrote and recorded their first acoustic and lite-jazz originals in 1973.   Drifting apart after college each went their separate ways only to be joined together again after many miles and a host of worldly adventures.  Dana pursued a career in music, Bob pursued business, but has never stopped writing and performing.

After thirty years of space between Dana & Bob, they started communicating again, this time it wasn’t years but miles that separated the duo.   Doing in-house recording of their most recent compositions and forwarding them back and forth, it was decided it was time to get into the studio and start laying down their music. 

 Add Bob’s son Ryan  to the mix and Reynovia was formed. Reynovia’s music comfortably fits in many genres, Smooth Jazz, Easy Listening, World, and Hard Bop. Reynovia has a deep and rich back log of over twenty five original compositions yet to be recorded.  Many compositions encompass both new and old school jazz styling’s.   Each member contributes to the creative as well as the performance aspects of group.
